We make it easy and rewarding to contribute your insights

1. Complete our intake questionnaires

Answer a few questions to determine your eligibility for the registry and to help the research team understand your health history.

2. Connect medical records to Novellia

Create your online account and connect your patient portals. You’ll have access to all of your medical history in one place, and we will be able to confirm your eligibility.

You’ll receive a $50 gift card as a thank-you when you officially join.

3. Contribute to research and get rewarded

You’ll receive notifications to complete monthly online surveys and will receive a $30 gift card every month that you complete them. Your data is kept secure and anonymous.

Eligibility Criteria

All of the following must apply in order to participate

You must:

Have ever been diagnosed with FCS or sHTG by a physician OR have ever had 2 or more triglyceride lab values ≥500 mg/dL in the last 5 years

Connect at least one patient portal to your Novellia account

Be 18 years of age or older

Be a U.S. resident

Be able to complete the registry surveys (<10 min a month)

No, you can answer the study’s surveys from the comfort of home.

How much time should I plan to spend on the FocusHTG surveys?

The monthly surveys will take under 10 minutes a month to complete, for a total of six months.

How is my data protected?

Your privacy is our top priority. Novella keeps your personal health data secure in our encrypted, HIPAA-compliant app and your survey responses are anonymized.

When will I receive my gift cards?
